The recipient of the Felix Gray gift will receive their gift card via email with a redemption code in the email. An account needs to be created so the gift card applies to the account. Felix Gray gift cards never expire and, since they are redeemed in the form of store credit and live within the recipient’s online Felix Gray account, they cannot be replaced or refunded.
