How can I return?

We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy after the delivery of your order!

Please visit the Felix Gray Happy Returns portal via this LINK. Once you're on the page, please enter your order number (FGxxxxxSP) and zip code to proceed with processing the return. All returns are subject to a $5 return fee.

1. Enter order number and zip code in the returns portal: felixgray.happyreturns.com
2. Click on the order(s) that you wish to return
3. Enter the return reason
4. Select store credit or refund to the original payment method
5. Click 'Next Step'
6. Select a return method: Box and ship items using a pre-paid return label
7. Submit your return.
8. Print your pre-paid label.
9. Drop the return off for immediate store credit, and order a new pair of Felix Gray glasses!

If you're having issues logging into your account, you can also reply to the email with your order confirmation from orders@felixgray.com. Please reply to that email with a brief description letting us know whether you'd like to return and we’ll respond to you as soon as possible.
