We're unable to accommodate exchanges at this time but you're more than welcome to process a return for the current pair of glasses for immediate store credit refund and place an updated order for a new pair!
Please visit the Felix Gray Happy Returns portal via this LINK. Once you're on the page, please enter your order number (FGxxxxxSP) and email address to proceed with processing the return. For exchanges, the store credit refund will get issued immediately once you drop the return off at a Happy Returns location or once the postal service scans the return into their system!
- Enter order number and zip code in the returns portal: felixgray.happyreturns.com
- Click on the order(s) that you wish to return
- Enter the return reason
- Select store credit or refund to the original payment method
- Click 'Next Step'
- Select a return method: Drop-off at Happy Returns location or pre-paid return label
- Submit your return *Don't forget to take a screenshot of the QR code*
- Drop the return off for immediate store credit, and order a new pair of Felix Gray glasses!
If you're having issues logging into your account, you can also reply to the email with your order confirmation from firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reply to that email with a brief description letting us know whether you'd like to return and we’ll respond to you as soon as possible.
